About us
The Perník Company Ltd. was founded in 1999.
Our manufacturing plant is located in Těchlovice near Hradec Králové. We are a Czech food company with only Czech owners. We have a wide range of bakery products, which are well known in the market under private labels of chains and business organizations as well as under its own brand.
Our company produces classic products, such as cookies and biscuits, as well as products promoting a healthy lifestyle. The assortment consists of several product lines: sugar, cereal, gluten-free products (cookies, bread) and gluten-free baking mixtures.
Currently, the company focuses on the production of gluten-free cookies and bakery products. Gluten-free product range is constantly expanding therefore we opened a new manufacturing plant only for gluten-free products in September 2016. Our speciality is the development and manufacture of products according to customer needs.
The Perník Company Ltd. cooperates closely with its sister company J4 Ltd., a manufacturer of baking ovens, located in Předměřice nad Labem.

Cookies half coated
We have created healthy snack not only for the little gourmets, but also adults can try our delicious oatmeal cookies in dark chocolate. Other types we offer are apple cookies in dark chocolate, delicate cookies with Canadian cranberry or apricot half coated in yoghurt.

Cookies with oat flakes
Healthy version of your favourite cookies. These oatmeal cookies are made from gluten free oat flakes and several gluten free flours and they are free from palm fat, deproteinated wheat starch, lactose and eggs. We offer chocolate, coconut and refreshing Canadian cranberry flavours.

The Millet-buckwheat cookies with coconut are gluten free variant for cereals lovers. They are made from millet and buckwheat flakes, coconut and several types of gluten free flours and they are free from lactose and deproteinated wheat starch.
Cookies with Canadian cranberry are free from palm fat and lactose, and with pleasant taste of cranberry.
Other variants are with apple, apricot or butter flavour.

Gluten free, delicious and brittle biscuits with butter flavour in variety of milk chocolate, dark chocolate or yoghurt coating.

Small wreaths
Our gluten free small wreaths are brittle and without the use of palm fat and deproteinated wheat starch, they have lower sugar content and are higher in protein. These biscuits have traditional shape and similar taste to conventional small wreaths, they are excellent for afternoon tea or coffee break.

Sponge biscuits
Gluten free alternative to common sponge biscuits, that will satisfy in taste not only celiacs. We offer light and cocoa variant containing 4% of cocoa. Sponge biscuits are made from domestic maize flour and eggs with addition of rice flour. Sponge biscuits have wide use in desserts or you can enjoy them as a snack on the go.
